Returns (withdrawal from contract)

If you are a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason.

How to return an item

1. Contact us by email at office@homegalaxy.eu, stating your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.
2. We will confirm receipt of your request, assign you an RMA number and send you detailed return instructions (including the return address).
3. Pack the item securely to prevent damage during transit. Send the parcel without cash on delivery.
4. Please do not send items back without prior agreement / RMA – the return address may vary depending on the product type and warehouse.

Return conditions

The item should be undamaged, complete and ideally in its original packaging. If the item has been handled beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning, we may apply a reasonable reduction in value.

Return costs

For returns without a defect, the customer bears the shipping costs. In the case of a justified complaint (defect or damage), we will arrange the process so that the customer does not incur unnecessary costs.

Refunds

We will refund your payment no later than 14 days from receipt of your withdrawal notice. We may withhold the refund until the returned item has been delivered to us or until you provide proof of dispatch.

Complaints (defect or damage)

If the item is defective or damaged, please contact us as soon as possible at office@homegalaxy.eu and include photographic evidence. We will propose a solution (repair, replacement or refund) depending on the nature of the case.
