What are my shipping and delivery options?

We offer various shipping options. In some cases, our stock may be managed by a third-party supplier who will be responsible for delivering your products.

Free shipping

Every order with a total value of EUR 50 or more qualifies for free standard shipping. This applies to all eligible products available in our online store.

Shipping rates

Standard shipping – estimated delivery time: 3–7 business days

All delivery times and dates are provided in good faith and are estimates only.

For EU and UK consumers: This does not affect your statutory rights. Unless expressly stated otherwise, estimated delivery times reflect the earliest available delivery and deliveries will be made within 30 days of acceptance of your order. For more information, please see our Terms of Use.

Do you deliver internationally?

We do not currently offer international shipping.

Are there any other shipping restrictions?

• Delivery area: We currently ship within Slovakia only. International shipping is not yet available but will be introduced soon.
• P.O. boxes: We do not deliver to P.O. boxes or parcel lockers.
• Remote areas: Delivery may not be available to certain remote or hard-to-reach areas. Customers will be informed in such cases.

What happens if my order is delayed?

If delivery is delayed for any reason, we will let you know as soon as possible and provide you with a revised estimated delivery date.
